Promotion Period: September 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. through October 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST. 

1. Eligibility

The Tailgate Giveaway ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and meet all of the eligibility requirements described in these Official Rules. 

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Legacy Bank ("Bank"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate. 

2. How to Enter

There are two ways to earn an entry during the Promotion Period:

A. Open a New Account

Eligible individuals who open a qualifying account with Legacy bank during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) entry per new account into the Tailgate Giveaway, subject to the account meeting all applicable eligibility requirements. 

B. Refer a Friend

An eligible existing customer may receive one (1) additional entry for each friend they refer who opens a qualifying new account with Legacy Bank during the Promotion Period. 

The referred friend must complete the account-opening process and establish a qualifying new account during the Promotion Period for the referring customer to receive an entry. A referral alone, without the friend opening a qualifying account, does not qualify for entry. 

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST on October 15, 2026. 

3. No Purchase Necessary 

No purchase or account opening is necessary to enter or win. To enter without opening an account or referring a friend, eligible participants may submit a handwritten entry containing their full name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth to:

Mail in entries must be postmarked by October 15, 2026, and received by October 16, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. 

4. Prize

Ten (10) prizes will be awarded — one (1) prize per Legacy Bank location. 

Each prize will consist of one (1) Tailgate Kit containing:

• One (1) 22-inch Blackstone Tabletop Griddle
• One (1) YETI Roadie 15 Hard Cooler

The approximate retail value of each Tailgate Kit is $380, and the approximate total retail value of all ten (10) prizes is $3,800. 

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash, except at the Bank's discretion. The Bank reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 

Any taxes or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

5. Winner Selection

Ten (10) potential winners will be selected in random drawings, with one (1) winner selected for each participating Legacy Bank location, from all eligible entries associated with that location. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. A single Legacy Bank customer household (same mailing address) may not win more than one of these prizes.  

Drawings will take place on or about October 20, 2026, at Legacy bank Support Central. 

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry; by telephone, by e-mail, and/or by mail at the address shown in the record associated with their Legacy Bank account. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five minutes (5) days, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the Bank may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. 

6. Location Designation

For purposes of this Promotion, entries will be associated with one (1) of the following participating Legacy Bank locations: Binger, Blanchard, Duncan, Elk City, Hinton, Oklahoma City — MacArthur, Oklahoma City — May, Marlow, Newcastle, and Weatherford. 

For account opened at a Legacy Bank location during the Promotion Period, the location where the account is opened will be designated as the entrant's participating location. 

For accounts opened online during the Promotion Period, the Legacy Bank location assisting with the account opening will be designated as the entrant's participating location. 

For mail-in entries submitted by existing Legacy Bank customers, the Legacy Bank location will be designated by the location shown in the record associated with their Legacy Bank account.

7. Verification and Account Requirements

The Bank reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and the qualifying status of any account associated with an entry. 

For referral entries, the referred individual must be a new customer who opens a qualifying account during the Promotion Period. The Bank may determine, in its sole discretion, whether an account qualifies for purposes of this Promotion. 

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, generated through automated means, or otherwise obtained in violation of these Official Rules may be disqualified. 

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Legacy Bank, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion. 

The Bank reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other circumstance beyond the Bank's reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Promotion. 

The Bank is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or otherwise invalid entries. 

Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee that an entrant will win a prize. 

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Legacy Bank's applicable privacy policy and may be used for purposes related to administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, and contacting entrants and the potential winner.
